BidRush May 2026 Release: Shipping, Cash/ACH & Search

BidRush — May 2026 Release

Integrated Shipping

Shipping (optional to set by seller) is now fully built into the auction flow:

  • Sellers can enable shipping (optional) and choose exactly which lots qualify
  • Bidders can select local pickup (default) or shipping (for enabled lots)
  • After close, sellers download a packing list with buyer addresses
  • Sellers can charge cards directly (or send invoices) based on shipping terms they set (as shown in the example)

What used to take hours of back-and-forth emails now takes minutes!

Cash / ACH Payments (Sellers)

More control over how you get paid:

  • Optionally enable Cash* or ACH** on specific lots, or leave credit card default
  • Reduce Stripe payment processing fees by ~2.9% when Cash or ACH
  • Bidders still need to register with their credit card for authorization

    * puts a hold on the buyer credit card until pickup
**puts a hold for 10% of the invoice on the credit card until pickup; ACH is US only; see Stripe costs related to ACH
  • If not picked up (or if bidder changes their mind and wants to charge their card on file) seller can click the button to charge their card
  • To enable these options, seller needs to add credit card so BidRush fees will be charged to credit card on file

UI / UX Improvements

We’ve significantly refined the experience for both buyers and sellers:

  • Cleaner, faster interface across the platform
  • Improved search to find items faster and more intuitively
  • Search only shippable lots
  • Search by Category or by Keyword
  • Search across BidRush platform level, or across specific seller or specific auction

Ability to Ban Buyers

Sellers can now ban buyers themselves from their stores for any terms/conditions violations.

Various Seller Updates

Better tools, less friction:

  • Enhanced seller pages with contact info, website, and social links
  • Ability to retry failed credit card payments
  • PDF invoices now show the seller's store logo
  • Settlement and Pickup reports are updated for more clarity
  • Pickup reports now include an optional buyer signature field
  • If the buyer credit card declines (which is rare as it's validated when we submit) it will indicate reason, and seller will have the ability to retry charge.
  • Mark content as sensitive for user to click to view (setting for lot available on web/mobile web only)

Various Buyer Updates

More control and clarity:

  • Bidders can tap the bid total on item pages to see a breakdown (hammer price, buyer's premium, taxes)
  • Ability to reduce max bids (down to the current highest bid) by clicking on "cancel max bid"
  • Seller contact info and pickup details now front and centre on invoice page and their invoices
  • Floating bar to quickly access Bids and Watchlist

These are just a fraction of a number of updates made! Thank you to all those sellers and bidders who contributed to the suggestions!

Auction Highlights

When someone who’s sold millions on eBay with 25,000+ positive reviews decides to auction their personal collection… you pay attention.

Will Seippel — CEO & Founder of WorthPoint — has brought a remarkable lineup of items from his personal collection to BidRush in his inaugural auction in Atlanta, Georgia. Link to his first auction here. He’ll be having regular monthly auctions — exclusively on BidRush.

Why do sellers choose BidRush?

The ability to offset platform fees to near zero is a major advantage. Combine that with integrated shipping, direct access to buyers, and the flexibility to edit catalogs while auctions are live—and the choice becomes clear.
