Herreshoff Manufacturing Co .was founded by Herreshoff brothers in 1878, In Bristol RI. They were prominent architects known for producing high performance sailing yachts and steam powered vessels. This book was a gift to Captain Bill Dickson from Adm Williams , a handwritten note with map of Dickson’s voyage comes with the book .
