The Downsizing Doula

This authentic piece of American history was manufactured by the C.S. Bell Company out of Hillsboro, Ohio, dating between the late 1880s and 1920s. One side is embossed with the original manufactures' lettering "THE C.S. BELL CO. HILLSBORO, O.". The other side features the No. 1 YOKE, (No. 1 size class), and the year 1886, which is the casting pattern date, not necessarily the exact production year. Bell bowl is solid and rings beautifully, no cracks or structural splits in the iron and has a rustic, antique patina look. Comes with the original top hanging yoke and the manual side crank handle used to swing and ring it. The upright stanchion is easily separated from the yoke of the bell. Estimated around 50lbs. for transport purposes.
