Up for auction is a beautiful, authentic early 20th-century Arts & Crafts (Mission style) sideboard buffet. Crafted from solid quarter-sawn white oak, this piece showcases stunning, prominent medullary ray ("tiger stripe") grain patterns across the top surface, cabinet door panels, and drawer fronts. Built with robust frame-and-panel construction, this buffet features classic recessed geometric square-in-square paneling on the cabinet doors—a style heavily influenced by the iconic Craftsman design movement. All original, distinctive pyramid-shaped wooden drawer and door pulls are completely intact and structurally sound. The lower section includes a wide blanket drawer fitted with a traditional decorative ventilation/grille cane-style insert at the base.
