This is a cool lot. The chain in the Elks tooth holder looks like they were plated gold by elk too may or may not be Sterling under the Holder and has had a item removed from it, which was probably gold or diamond. It looks like it was silver soldered. The item that is significant is the miniature knife sharpener that was made by A Jordan, and company Germany. It is probably an ivory handle.
