The Downsizing Doula

The three unframed paintings are by the previous artist, Sandra Dodson. The two others are VERY old and small. One sold for $445, but no info on artist, signature looks like HKick? The other with the aged piece of paper on the back , saying the artist was H. A. Vincent, Harry Aiken Vincent (1861 –1931) was a largely self-taught American artist known for his plein air landscape paintings. Many of his oil paintings portray marine scenes at the start or end of the day, featuring boats and fishing activity in New England, particularly on Cape Ann, and in France.
