Includes General Hollow Steel Punch in package, Everbilt 1/4 in.-20 x 2 in stainless machine screws. Mixed condition with wear from use; some empty socket/tool spaces in case. Located in basement and must exit a full flight of stairs.

Any item that gives ONLY the grass hill option cannot be removed via the stairs in the house. Pet dog used to live here. Bring packing supplies. Bring help to move large items. Packing and moving/loading help is not available for the pick-up day. All items are listed as untested and not checked for completeness unless stated otherwise.
