Description

A dark wood bed frame featuring a paneled headboard and matching side rails and footboard. This lot includes the mattress and boxspring. All pieces are in great condition. Lot does NOT include sheets and pillows. Buyer is responsible for dissembling this item. Please bring tools and specially hex wrenches. Note: Lots #12 and #13 are great complements for this bed.

Additional Information

This Auction features high-end items from an Executive Home on the Collingwood shoreline. The home is clean, smoke and pet free. Pick-up is Saturday August 22 from 9 am - Noon. No alternate pick-ups can be entertained.

Kindly follow the following directions to arrive at the pick-up location, to avoid the creation of traffic issues. From First Street in Collingwood (also known as Hwy. 26), turn onto NORTH PINE Street and head toward the water. Wheelhouse Crescent is at the base of this street. While there is NO parking on Wheelhouse Crescent, stopping to pick up your item(s) is certainly possible. IF you have a number of items to pack/pick-up, or you're disassembling furniture and will take a while, then please proceed around the base of Wheelhouse Crescent and park your vehicle on NORTH MAPLE STREET, which is just around the corner. You can bring your vehicle back around when you're able to load it efficiently without the need to stop too long at Wheelhouse Crescent. Remember, you are responsible to bring onsite any packing materials needed, tools, competent helpers and moving blankets in order to remove items from this Executive home safely.
