The pattern, originally introduced in 1896 (H828), features a distinctive thistle-shaped bowl with etched thistles, a faceted central section, and a diamond-cut (hobnail) bulbous lower portion. App 8” H One is a lead crystal fan vase app 7” H The large vase (app 10”) matches an early English Angus & Greener (Sunderland, UK) linked chain pattern celery vase from around 1868.The exact pattern features a frosted satin finish midsection embellished with an interwoven chain ring and distinct vertical ribbing near the flaring scalloped rim.
