Description

A set of four framed artworks consisting of two large botanical prints by Laurence Perugini depicting vases with flowers, and two smaller arched Chagall stained-glass print panels, all mounted in gold-toned frames. This is a small framed replica print of Marc Chagall's "Tribe of Naphtali" and "Tribe of Levi" stained glass window, which is part of the set of 12 "Jerusalem Windows" in the synagogue of the Hadassah-Hebrew University Medical Center in Jerusalem. The original windows were designed by Chagall in the early 1960s and each represents one of the twelve tribes of Israel. They are known for their vibrant colors, including vivid blues, reds, greens, and yellows, and abstract biblical motifs. (Leslie) 9x11-12x16
