Description

The first image is of a Kosode, a short sleeved predecessor to the modern Kimono from 18th Century. The poem is a classical waka poem by the 9th century poet, Ariwara no Narihara. Yellow kimono measures 18.5 tall, 16 wide, other kimono is 18.5 tall, 14 wide. Dragon frame is 10.5 tall, 8 inches wide.
