Pickup, Parking, and Removal Instructions Please read these instructions carefully before arriving. This is a very densely packed property with limited access and parking. Following these procedures will help us serve all buyers safely and efficiently. Pickup Window and Scheduling There will be a five-hour pickup window, and all items must be removed from the property by 3:00 PM. We cannot offer a second pickup day or make alternate pickup arrangements. Do not show up at 2:30 with a page full of items and heavy pieces that will need to be loaded. To help manage traffic, you may schedule a pickup appointment with us between 10:00 AM and 2:00 PM by texting your name and arrival time and we will try to accommodate. 863.640.8419. If you do not have an appointment, please call or text us you ETA when you are enroute so we can prepare for your arrival and manage vehicle access. If there is not room for your vehicle to park you will be instructed to park at the local Dollar General approx .5 miles away or the shopping plaza about 10 mins away. Be ready to receive a call and return to the property promptly. Parking and Check-In Only two vehicles may be present at the property at one time. Parking in neighbors’ yards or driveways is strictly prohibited. Please do not block streets, driveways, mailboxes, or neighborhood access points. Due to localized flooding the ground is saturated and you will run the risk of getting stuck. Should you damage the property or adjoining properties your information will be shared with property owners and be held accountable for the property damages. When you arrive: Check in at the property and leave your name, phone number, and invoice number. After check-in, you may be asked to park at a nearby location approximately 5–10 minutes away while we prepare your smaller purchases. This does not include large furniture pieces upon your return you will be granted access to remove the large pieces. Bring your own labor and tools. We will call you when it is time to return to the property. Unless you have an appointment, buyers will be served in the order they arrive. When called, pull into the driveway promptly. Our goal is for each vehicle to be in the driveway for 10 minutes or less. Have your invoice ready and bring a pen to check off your items as they are loaded or received. Small Purchases and Packing For small, easily carried purchases, we will gather your items and have them lightly packed before calling you back to the property. Please understand that packing is limited, and buyers should bring any specialty packing materials needed for fragile or unusual items. A Dollar General is located approximately 0.5 miles away if you need to purchase boxes, tape, wrapping, or other packing materials. There is also a nearby shopping plaza. Large and Heavy Items Buyers are responsible for providing their own labor, moving equipment, tools, and suitable vehicle for all large or heavy items. This includes sofas, entertainment centers, dressers, and other bulky furniture. We are unable to provide moving labor, tools, disassembly, loading assistance, or transportation for large items. Please bring enough help and the appropriate equipment to remove your purchases quickly and safely. Final Removal Deadline The property must be completely cleared by 3:00 PM. A cleaning crew will arrive at that time to remove any remaining items. Items left behind after 3:00 PM may be removed by the cleaning crew. No refunds, extensions, or alternate pickup arrangements will be available. Thank you for your cooperation and for respecting the property, the neighborhood, and other buyers.
