The band on this ring is stamped 14K, so I assume the center stone is genuine and the only stone I know that is that red is a Ruby. Oval shaped with diamond chips around it, one is missing. And the tiny drop earrings are Gold with a genuine ruby drop. No sizing available for the ring.
