John Bell is a legendary Canadian craftsman and founder of the Redtail Paddle Co. in Ontario, renowned for his traditional Otter Tail and Beaver Tail designs. • The Artwork (John Doherty): The meticulous, rich imagery is hand-painted in acrylic by mixed-media artist John Doherty based in Port Hope, Ontario.
