The largest black & White Photo, appears to be of a strip mining operation, 20” x 16”, and in the back is a note from a former Congress Woman who gifted it to someone named Lillian. There are two matted photos, 14” x 11 of an old jalopy and of cranes in a field, and a smaller matted photo of the Grand Tetons, 8” x 10”. The Congresswoman was Jeanne Elizabeth Pearl Kohl-Welles (née Jean Elizabeth Pearl Kohl; October 19, 1942) is an American politician and academic. She was a member of the King County Council from the 4th district from 2016 to 2024. She previously served as a member of the Washington State Senate from 1994 to 2015 and the Washington House of Representatives from 1992 to 1994.
