Anthonys Antiquities

A striking, authentic 20th-century American school original oil painting on canvas by studio artist S.A. Quesada. This classic Americana wildlife scene beautifully captures a serene winter landscape. The composition features a trio of white-tailed deer—including a prominent buck—drinking from a winding stream in the foreground. In the mid-ground, cozy rustic log cabins are nestled among snowy pines and bare winter trees, all set against a dramatic backdrop of towering, snow-capped mountains under an overcast sky. The painting displays excellent depth and texture. It is hand-signed by the artist in the lower right corner as "S.A. Quesada PINTX," utilizing the traditional Latin studio abbreviation "Pinxit" (meaning "he/she painted this"). The piece comes framed in its wide, matching vintage cream-colored wooden frame, making it a perfect statement piece for Traditional, Lodge, Rustic, or Grandmillennial interior design styles.
