Note to bidders: This is a large property with several outbuildings and two homes. Main House and tenant house had pets/cats, with some cat odors. Outbuildings and attic have evidence of rodents. Bring packing supplies. Bring help to move large items. Packing and moving/loading help is not available for pickup day. All items are listed as untested unless stated otherwise. Items are not checked for completeness. Items in Pick-Up B window may not be removed in Pick-Up A window. If you have items in both windows, come to the latest pickup window time.
