Note to bidders: This well-maintained property is in an HOA community and uses a shared driveway. Please do not park in front of neighbors’ mailboxes or block driveways. There is a walk out basement; and there is also a steep grassy hill that you'll need to climb to the shared driveway. Any item that gives ONLY the grass hill option cannot be removed via the stairs in the house. Pet dog used to live here. Bring packing supplies. Bring help to move large items. Packing and moving/loading help is not available for the pick-up day. All items are listed as untested and not checked for completeness unless stated otherwise. Items in Pick-Up B window may not be removed in Pick-Up A window. If you have items in both pick-up time windows, please come to the Pick-Up B time.
