I don’t know who this rugby team is but it is a photo and it is old. The back cardboard backing dates of the 1950s or earlier. So it has been in the frame for a while. I tried peeking behind the backing and there’s no way I can see that it is written what team it is so good luck. This is a lot of fun. It is 14 1/2” x 10 1/2”
