New in box -This Bernardaud Sailboats-La Mer votive is a handcrafted Limoges porcelain piece featuring an engraved scene.It uses a traditional lithophane technique from 1828 to create images when lit from within.The votive is made of bisque (un-glazed) porcelain to enhance the detail of the sailboat engraving.It measures approximately 11.3 cm in diameter.
