The Royal Dux abstract porcelain horse figurine is a classic example of mid-century modern style . It was designed by Czech artist and industrial designer Jaroslav Jezek in the 1950s. It stands about 7” tall , 6” wide. The figurine was part of Jezek's collection notably displayed at the world exhibition in Brussels in 1958, leading to a renaissance for the Royal Dux company. The specific pieces were manufactured in the 50s and 60s.
