House 'n Order thanks you for bidding in this Owen Sound downsizing auction. These items are from a lovely, well-kept, clean home. Non-smoking with one cat. There will be NO accommodations available for alternate pick-ups at this auction. Shipping is available in Canada only for small, non-fragile items only (like jewelry, spoons, etc). Buyers are reminded that they must bring their own packing materials for fragile items (boxes, bags, packing paper) and the appropriate help for heavy items. Auction crew is not able to assist with the movement of items from the house to your vehicle. Kindly bring CAPABLE help, any other assistive devices you need (dollies, blankets, etc) and the appropriate sized vehicle. Dimensions are in most lot photos. Many of these items are crafted from solid wood, and are heavy/awkward. Pick-up is Saturday October 17 from 9 am until noon. Buyers with only small items are asked to arrive between 9 am and 10:30 am. Buyers with large OR large + small items are to arrive between 10:30 am and noon.
