On either side of the feet, on the curved aprons, are curved and carved wood appliques. The straight rear stiles end in squared tapered feet. The sides are constructed with inset panels . One nightstand has top rails applied to the sides, the other does not. At the bottom of one drawer is a label reading, "Manufactured by Joerns Bros.
