The Downsizing Doula

The wall hanging, 14" x 31", features a vintage textile fragments likely from a Hmong Tribal baby carrier. The framed Print is a 17th Century Gouache painting on paper from Gujarat, India, depicting a mythological character. Could be quite collectible. Frame is 15" x 12". The ceramic item constructed by coiled clay by the indigenous Tarahumara people of Mexico. Found one that was almost identical in another auction that sold for over $500. The smallest item here is a an antique Chinese Lotus shoe worn by women who practiced foot binding (and we thought high heels were bad!), 19th Century.
