Up for auction is a beautiful stack of antique fine porcelain plates in the historic "Eatonia" pattern, manufactured in Czechoslovakia during the 1920s. These pieces feature a delicate, vibrant light blue rim adorned with cascading multicolored floral bouquets, swags, and a polished gold trim overlay. The "Eatonia" stamp on the underside indicates they were originally produced explicitly for the iconic Canadian T. Eaton Company department store, making them a fantastic piece of department store history. The base bears the classic Czechoslovakian backstamp featuring a stylized "W" shield/urn alongside the crisp blue "Eatonia" branding. • Pattern: Eatonia (Discontinued) • Origin: Made in Czechoslovakia • Era: Circa 1920s • Design: Light blue border band, floral bouquet swags, gold-trimmed rim • Condition: Beautiful vintage condition with crisp graphics. Minor, expected age-appropriate wear to the gold detailing. Free of major cracks or structural damage (please see all pictures for close-up details).
