Up for auction is a beautiful, rare mid-century electric advertising wall clock produced for ADCO Inc. of Sedalia, Missouri. This piece features the company’s striking coat of arms logo with dual lions and their slogan: "Quality, Integrity, Dependability." The back plate retains its original manufacturer labels from Dualite Inc. out of Williamsburg, Ohio, complete with original time-setting instructions. Specifications & Measurements: • Manufacturer: Dualite Inc. (Williamsburg, OH) • Dimensions: Approximately 16 inches wide by 16 inches tall (see photos with measuring tape). • Power Requirements: 110 Volts / 60 Cycles. Original 2-prong power cord attached. Condition Report: • Face/Graphic: The graphics, text, and colors remain vibrant with nice vintage character. • Front Crystal: There is a visible crack located on the bottom right corner of the outer clear face covering, along with another hairline crack at the top left corner (detailed in close-up photos).There is also a large circular groove scratched into the face of the crystal. • Housing/Back: The particle backboard is securely attached with normal edge wear consistent with its age. Original stickers are intact but show slight aging. • Note: This item is sold as-found. It has been plugged in and it hums but doesnt light up and the hands dont seem to move.
