• Item: Vintage Hand-Tooled Copper Art Plaque / Tile • Artist: Albert Gilles (signed "Studio Gilles" / "Gilles" in the lower right corner) • Design: Detailed repoussé (embossed) squirrel perched among leaves and berries • Dimensions: Approximately 3.85" x 3.85" (close to 4x4 inches square) • Backing: Finished with its original protective dark flocking/felt-covered backing and an attached integrated metal hanging loop for easy wall mounting. • Condition: Excellent vintage condition with a beautiful aged warm patina. The lacquer finish protects the copper highlights from tarnishing. Please see photos for detailed views of the front artwork and backing.
