This charming collector's lot features three authentic French bistro "tip plates" (saucers) and a pair of vintage silver-plated salt and pepper shakers. The porcelain plates were traditionally used in 19th and early 20th-century French cafes to serve drinks and indicate pricing. Each plate features a vibrant colored rim (Red, Blue, and Green) with distinct franc denominations (2f 25, 2f 50, and 3f 50) and a classic starburst relief pattern in the center. Accompanying the plates is a pair of elegant, hotel-style silver-plated shakers featuring ornate beaded detailing and a natural aged patina. Perfect for vintage barware enthusiasts or as unique kitchen decor. Condition: Items are in good vintage condition. The porcelain plates show no major chips or cracks; however, there is light surface wear and minor fading to the colored rims consistent with age and bistro use. The silver-plated shakers exhibit a heavy natural tarnish (patina) which can be polished if a brighter finish is desired. One shaker top has a minor pin-sized dent near the perforation.
