A gorgeous vintage Japanese porcelain 7-piece tea service set featuring a deep, high-gloss cobalt blue glaze. The set includes a traditional serving teapot and six matching handleless tea cups. Each piece is beautifully accented with an intricate gilded motif showcasing a vibrant multi-colored pheasant amongst delicate peony blossoms and gold leaf details. The teapot includes its original woven rattan overhead handle, and the reverse side features a minimalist floral accent. This stunning, complete set is perfect for display, tea service, or as an addition to an Asian ceramics collection.
