It features an advanced microprocessor, a clear LCD display, direct keypad frequency entry, and covers FM, LW, MW, and SW bands. Product Details: • Brand/Model: Sony ICF-7600DS • Type: Portable digital shortwave/world band receiver • Country of Manufacture: Made in Japan • Power Requirements: Requires 4 AA batteries for the main radio function and 2 AA batteries for the computer/clock backup memory system (6 batteries total, not included). Can also be powered via a 6V DC external power supply (not included). Condition Notes: The unit shows standard cosmetic signs of age and handling, including light surface scuffs and wear along the top edges, typical for a vintage piece from this era.
