A single upholstered armchair with a carved wooden frame, padded arms, and a padded seat. The chair features floral-patterned fabric on the backrest, a leather-upholstered seat and armrests, decorative nailhead trim, and ornate carved details on the arms, legs, and front apron. Leather is coming up in spots and will need refinishing, but wood and fabric still in great shape!

Pickup is about 15 minutes outside Hamilton in Caledonia, Ontario, along the Grand River. Exact address to be provided to successful buyers. Pickup Friday evening, or Saturday & Sunday mid-day.
