A dark wood chest of drawers with five drawers, curved drawer fronts, and metal ring pull handles. In great condition. Drawer contents are not included in the lot and piece will be empty upon pickup. Note: This piece is a great complement for the bed offered as Lot #11 and the nightstands offered as Lot #12.

This Auction features high-end items from an Executive Home on the Collingwood shoreline. The home is clean, smoke and pet free. Pick-up is Saturday August 22 from 9 am - Noon. No alternate pick-ups can be entertained.

Kindly follow the following directions to arrive at the pick-up location, to avoid the creation of traffic issues. From First Street in Collingwood (also known as Hwy. 26), turn onto NORTH PINE Street and head toward the water. Wheelhouse Crescent is at the base of this street. While there is NO parking on Wheelhouse Crescent, stopping to pick up your item(s) is certainly possible. IF you have a number of items to pack/pick-up, or you're disassembling furniture and will take a while, then please proceed around the base of Wheelhouse Crescent and park your vehicle on NORTH MAPLE STREET, which is just around the corner. You can bring your vehicle back around when you're able to load it efficiently without the need to stop too long at Wheelhouse Crescent. Remember, you are responsible to bring onsite any packing materials needed, tools, competent helpers and moving blankets in order to remove items from this Executive home safely.
