Based on the copyright page, it is a December 1940 printing of the First Edition. • Subject: Practical instructions on meteorology, weather systems, radio signal navigation, and early "blind flying" instrument techniques. • Illustrations: Features hundreds of iconic, detailed pen-and-ink aviation graphics, diagrams, and maps by Frank L.
